New Life Perinatal Healthcare Services

 Mattie M. Mason, BSN, RN is the Administrator/Founder of New Life Perinatal Health Care, Services, Inc.  She graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor of Nursing degree in 1978.  She started her nursing career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at former Jefferson Davis Hospital, Houston, Texas and later became the Assistant Head Nurse of Low-Risk Nursery at former Jefferson Davis Hospital, Houston, Texas.  To broaden her experience, Mattie became a Maternal Child Instructor, San Jacinto College North LVN program. While developing her business, she worked for 10 years in Maternal Child nursing in Houston, Texas in private hospitals and home health agencies. Her management skill was expanded to become the Director of Home Health for Casa de Ninos Children’s Hospice, Houston, Texas.  In 1989 she became the Founder/President of a for-profit company New Life Perinatal Health Care Services, Inc. and in 1995 became the Founder of the non-profit company, Teenage Incentive Program, Inc. One of the 1st trained Children and Pregnant Woman (CPW)-Case Management nurse in September 1991. New Life has been a CPW Case Management Provider since 1993 and an experience provider for CPW Case Management Program in Houston/Harris County and in the billing process.  Mattie now is an Educational/Consultant in Working with At-Risk Youth with her Primary focus being Pregnant/Parenting Teens.  She is a Motivational Speaker. 

 February 2010 March of Dimes Perinatal Excellence Award in Obstetrics Winner for Region 6 and October 2010 March of Dimes Perinatal Excellence Award in Obstetrics Winner for State of Texas. Mrs. Mason has won and been recognized for other prestige’s award
